Well well well. It seems that bad-mouthing a certain insurer on a blog gets some results (Norwich Union - or rather Becca Sibley - is a 'Blog Change Agent', scary or what?) but not enough to make a rat's arse difference to their actual behaviour.

So from now on I'm going to use this blog to abuse them until I get my claim sorted out. 'Tis their choice :)
