It's my weekly update!

However it's quite short because I'm ill and a bit down on life. I've had a hacking cough for over a week and it's quite frustrating (and not a little annoying).

I'm down because the girl I went to see in Dublin at the weekend has decided (after an amazing couple of days) that there was no 'spark' and that we can only be friends. I'll write it up properly some time when it doesn't make me sad to think about it.
