Someone told me yesterday that 'eventually I'll make someone a good boyfriend'.
Okay, let's break that down:
a) 'eventually'????? Gee, Thanks a lot :(
b) I hope it was meant as a boyfriend to a girl, or failing that something female
c) It was probably a lie anyway.

Take it as a compliment, it just means you're nearly there as boyfriend material but not quite - perhaps still too free and single? Dunno.
Once you get there though, next comment will be that you'll "make someone a good husband", but that's if you want to go there....

Hmmm, a comment like that coming from a guy seems strange....did he tell you why he thought eventually and not now?
And he did mean bf to a female didn't he...??
I think he meant eventually as in 'eventually I'll meet a woman' :)
