As this is the start of a new chapter in my life I guess I should be serious and honest for once.

Except that I can't, well, not yet. There's something that's being going on in the background for a while now that I hope will be resolved shortly (and no, for the person reading this who thinks it's about them, it's nothing to do with you). It isn't something I've felt able to talk to anyone about until the last week or so and I think I'm on the right track to sorting it out but, yeah, at times like these you find out who your real friends are.
